Lst in flowering period?

Just started flowering period. Can i still LST for a few weeks?
Then is it better to untie everything and let it rip?

You can keep doing LST until the branches have small "tufts"/small budlets forming.
After this it is best to leave the plant alone to do her flowering without any external stresses.
Do not untie anything, this will just cause a huge mess with overlapping branches. You have trained your plant a certain way and she is now dedicated to this structure, so now she needs to stay like she is. Besides, why would you want to continue with LST and then untie everything?

I have a 1200W Veg/Bloom LED which is currently 20" above Martha. I am also LSTing her and am getting good solid growth from the lowest branches which are working to reach up. I am wondering if raising the light 4-6" and try to stimulate some vertical growth. Is this a good idea?
