Maybe to much light? Looks like what everyone calls foxtalling. Maybe.??? I raised the lights a lil. What everyone think??????

Are these trichomes ready to harvest?Am I ready to harvest? I am new at this so I bought a wifi scope to look at the trichomes, but to be hones it is still confusing but my plant is looking pretty sad so I wanted to see if she’s ready to harvest. Are these milky enough? Should I harvest just parts of the plant?
