tips for 1st time grower

Thanks i am gonna switch to a 600 but since there still in veg will the 400 be good enough until they flower then put the 600 watt hps in or should i do it now while there in veg

Ull want the 600w in the 4x4 space. With adequate ventilation ull run cool enough. If you go cool tube route than you're light will barely effect ur temps. I've ran 1000w in cool tube in a 4x4.plants loved it. My ventilation was amazing though.

Depends how well you can manage your heat. I was running a 600w hps with cool tube In a 3.25’x3.25’ tent, pulling on it with a 6” fan and managing to keep bellow 80F/26C but I’m in Canada 🇨🇦 a 400 would of done the job just fine. Cheers 🍻

600 will give you a good harvest, just have to expell the heat.,runs a little hotter than 400 but not unmanageable
