Hey growmies✌️💚, so I finally have a PAR meter. With all my 3 LEDs on at the lowest setting I reach like 77 umol max. What would you recommend for seedlings that small like in the picture? I saw seedling/clone 100 - 300. So just wondering how much for my little flowers? 😁✌️

Hi, so I’m following these values. Germination: At this stage, the seeds only need a low light intensity of about 100-200 µmol/m²/s. This helps the seeds to develop and germinate. Seedling Stage: Once the seeds have germinated and are growing into seedlings, the light intensity should be increased to about 200-400 µmol/m²/s. This promotes healthy growth and strong root development. Growth Phase (Vegetative Phase): In this phase, the plants need a higher light intensity of about 400-600 µmol/m²/s. This supports rapid growth and development of the plants. Flowering Phase: During the flowering phase, the light intensity should be further increased, ideally to 600-900 µmol/m²/s. This promotes flower formation and increases the yield. Good luck!

64800x100=6,480,000μmol to 64800x300=19,440,000μmol This softer lighting mimics the diffused sunlight of early spring, providing enough energy for seedling-stage plants to develop their initial leaves without overwhelming them. I grow babies that small around 150-180μmol/m²/s.
