Hi friends. I need your help. Perhaps one of you will tell me how to stop the vertical growth upward at the initial stage of flowering without problems for the plant? I would be very grateful for the useful advice. Maybe phytohormones?

Hi there If the plants are growing too close to the lights and stretching hasn't slowed down yet I'd recommend super cropping the lengthy branches or using some form of lst to tie tall branches down... From what I understand,, using these methods along with defoliation actually benefits the plant in the early stages of flowering causing it to release more of the flowering hormones ie. increasing bud growth and trichome production.. because it basically tricks the plant into thinking it's being eaten by a deer as it would be in the wild and then in turn the plants survival mechanism kicks in to reach sexual maturity in order to reproduce faster... So imo,, I wouldn't stress about these methods creating problems for the plant.. Just super crop those branches reaching dangerously close to the light and you should be good to go,, maybe it'll even increase your yield at the end!! Hope this helps and good luck! So far it looks like you're doing a great job,, the leaves look super healthy! Well done!

I've heard a Seaweed Kelp spray can help reduce stretch, along with cutting the fan leaves off the one's you want to slow.. not the top one's but the one's just under that are all spread out.. hope this helps.. 👊
