Leaves turning yellow towards the bottom and light green throughout l!

hey growers! Having some issues with most of my autoflowers, using organic soil 40% perlite, they are about 3 weeks into flower, im using the directions on the bottle of the general hydroponics gro,micro and bloom at a 1/2 dose, they are under sf4000's 12-18"from canopy @ 100%

Beginner Grow – Still Getting Leggy Seedlings? please don't judge. the other plants are for using the electricity more efficient. planning to move o Beginner grower in Germany.
