Humidity problem

I all, I’m at second day (early veg) an already humidity problem. Need to increase it.. is around 65 in dark, an 50 under light.. I also have an high temperature to decrease, for that I put the cfl lamp very far.. is the only solution that I found.. any suggestions?

Dont spray the walls, you can put humidity domes over the seedlings - google it, youbcan probably just use a plastic cup or bowl but make sure there are air holes in it

You can get an automatic humidifier for about 40$ for a 5L one.
For the CFL.you need to keep them close but they are hot - the solution I found when I used one was to hang it so the bulb is level and the reflector will be angled because of tuebweight of the bulb, then position a fan at the screw end so it blows the hot air away from the plant, up towards the reflector and away
