Few things, Videos are fun but photos are better, It looks like your overfeeding Nitrogen as the leaves are dark green and glossy, indicating to much Nitrogen. Do not point the fan directly as the plants. let it bounce off the walls or in a corner as direct blowing on the plants can cause wind stress and artificial pistil die back making it seem ready when its not. The plants look like they need to fatten up, hard to trichomes on them still but I think they may not be ready yet. Try to upload some close up of photos to your diary and then reach out Via DM. Also check some of the buds and squeeze them, seed if a immature seed pops out of them, If yes, your buds have been pollinated and this yield will be best if turned into bubble hash to filter all them seeds out.
