Strange marks on leafs

I've seen some strange marks on my Purple Punch strain before, but now my Zkittlez OG is getting some as well. Some are the same but this one also has some type of leaf miners I think. I've already ordered neem oil but haven't had the chance to try it yet. Any other suggestions?

To fight thrips, before neem arrival, as you grow outdoors find some nettles and do a macerated with them (1kg of nettle/10 liters macerated for 3-7 days) .

Hi, 2 parasites :
white spots are caused by thrips.
You can squeeze leaf miners between the nails (their damages aren't too harmful to leaf)

Sequence in the # of leaves points alterated?I have always seen Cannabis showing a constant patter in the leaves sequence.
After the cotiledona, they have first 1 point only , then 3, then 5, then 7 and so on, with Indica normally up to 7-9 and sativas up to 9+.
I noticed repeating 3 pointed leaves, photo in week 6Week 5
