Your plant looks green and healthy so i think you're definitely safe to start the lst on her.
If a plant has some true leaves already developed it's technically never too early to lst, as long as you do it gentle and don't inhibit the growth where you tie it. Using an anchor tie will help protect them also from ripping right out since their roots are established fully in those younger weeks. So it looks like you have done everything you can to make it start well.👍
For an example of LST on your branches, check out my diary for Candy at week 5! You can see it really well there! But I broke the plant with HST in its adult age, you'll see how I stretched the branches out to the sides! 👌 Good luck, bro! ✊😇
