Stop LST technique going into flowering stages?

I have been using the LST technique with my plats for the past 2 weeks I’m going into week 8 and staying in veg but in week 9 do I stop LST durning flowering or can I continue with LST method?
I’m growing Fat Banana from royal queen seeds in soil.

In my experience, you can continue training until the first flower "tufts" form, but after that it is better to leave them be.

You can continue LST for the first 7-11 days of flower, shortly after that, she will switch to "bud mode" and all the plants energy will be going to bud development rather than leaf and branch growth. Happy growing.

Hi Grow Community! I am trying LST for the first time. Plant is about 14cm hight. As far as I know I need to bend the stem until it's horizontal with the soil. But the stem of my plant is already so thick and solid. Does it need to be rly horizontal?Should I try and bend it more?

LST clipsAm I using these clips right?
The branches are aiming downwards and literally laying on the clay balls. I did try to bend the clips out a bit so they're not bending at such a sharp angle but they've gone back to shape. Is this going to damage or stress her too much?
