Guy from RQS asked if I would take free seeds any strain they have. Went to set up account there and they dont send to US or Canada. Wonder why they dont send to Canada when it's legal here?

Now 12-12 and scrog net?the time has come to switch to flowering, from the beginning of next week (maybe in 10 days maximum) I will set 12-12. I thought that towards the 50th day I could free it from the bindings and move it away from the light gradually and then put a scrog net, okay as a procedure?
