Actually... you might actually get them at their sweet spot for high THC but you'll have low CBN. Looking at the trichomes, it's hard to tell but by what I can see you have some cloudy trichomes but mostly are still clear (but filling in).. Bud size is alright, I see what you mean by them not fattening up all the way. It happens sometimes if she was stressed in some way..
