Hello again buddy.. Hope you are well.. I can sense ur anticipation!!.. Uve got this far now so she is nearly at the finish line.. If u want she will still b absolutely fine to harvest but she wont b as much couch lock effect.. Uv done a great job on them.. Well done.. In future a gud way to tell is once they've had few days flush u can trim o small bud from bottom n force dry in warm area.. U'll get an idea of her strength but she will taste crap compared to wen fully cured.. Stay safe n gud luck on future grows.. ๐๐

those are still glassy. you've got time, yet. Some are barely smokey. You only want to look at trichomes on calyxes for your harvest window.

Hey :-) Look with a microscope ๐If the trichome heads are about 70% milky and 30% clear, you can start with the flush. If the trichomes are about 70% milky and 30% amber, it is a very good time to harvest ๐๐๐ป but do not pay attention to the leaves of the trichomes on the buds ๐

if you can't wait, and I understand you, you can think of removing some more mature peaks and in the meantime wait for the rest to reach its preferred maturity.

How long between the sugar leaf trichomes turning amber and the bud trichomes turning amber?So I'm noticing on my leaves, many of the trichomes are amber - perhaps 20-30% average, and up to 50% on some. However, the buds have not gotten there yet. Approximately how long before the buds catch up?
PS: are these trichomes cloudy or clear? I have an inexperienced eye. ๐

How to know when calyxes are swollen?When I look at my buds, the calyxes look big to me - however, due to inexperience, I'm not sure exactly what a 'swollen calyx' looks like. Do the calyxes here look swollen to you? Also, if anyone could guesstimate how far from harvest I am, it would be great! Trich pix in diary~

Recurriung Bud IssueDiscoloration of the inside part of bud. 3/4 of the bud looks great, the other 1/4 is faded and brown. This is the part that was against the stem during the grow. What is this? I checked under a scope and do not think this is mold/rot. Can someone please HELP?
