Alright so there's a few things happening here brotha ! Firstly your not using enough CalMg in your nutrient solution this is causing the purpling stems . You also have Potassium and Phosphorous deficiency . So in order to fix what I see in front of me I would do the following : Boost the CalMg to 2ml per litre of nutrient solution and adjust your flowering nutrients to be stronger as the plants simply aren't getting enough , last but not least I would trim away all the super yellow leafs and the ones that look like they are about to become all yellow this way you can prevent against unwanted pests such as Spider mites , Russet Mites , Scale . If you do these things within a week you will see a vast improvement in your plants the yellowing will stop and the darkened stems will come back to a nice lush green and everything will resume happily!
