I have a 300W Mars Hydro light LED. My plant just crawled out of the dirt a few hours ago? Is 23 inches a good distance away for the light? Thanks!

according to mars hydro website.. 24" is what they recommend for seedlings so I'd say that's perfect in week or so once you get some foliage going lower down to mars hydro recommended veg height of 18".. I'd consider running a bit closer like 16".. Then anyway for flower you wanna keep it a bit closer Mars hydro recommends 12".. With a light of that power I might even try 10-11" to maximize yield output from light source...

Hey Growmie, I would say yes, the company suggests 24"-30" inches for seedlings so I don't think the one inch will matter too much. If you notice any signs of stress just back it off a few inches. Hopefully, I answered your question and remember ..."Happy Growing" and "Free your mind one puff at a time".

Bad idea?Will a mars hydro TS1000 be too strong for a 60x60x140cm tent? I have been using a TS600 and TS1000 in tandem in a tent 4x too big for the light level, I have been growing strong and tasty buds but with low yields so downsizing my tent size to maximise the light.

Got a Mars Hydro TS600, will it do alright?My plan is to grow only 1 plant, in a 40x40x120 tent. I know the tent is pretty small but hopefully i can do some training on the plant to grow wide Will the light do until the end? 100wats, but no light dim possibility. Light intensity My plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.
