hello dears I need suggestions for lighting in the new plan. Do you think there would be a difference for improvement in turning off the lights day or night?

If your day temps are high, having the lights off during the hottest part makes sense. Your plants will not be able to tell the difference between what time they are on as compared to what time it is outdoors in the sunlight, meaning growth will not be affected if they are "sleeping" during the middle of the afternoon or wide "awake" at 3 o'clock in the morning. Remember too, 18/6 is optimum for auto flowers or photo period plants in vegetative growth. Any type of cannabis plant can only grow so much during a 24 hour cycle, and this growth tops out at around 18 hours, meaning running your lights longer than 18 hours is basically a waste of electricity. In my opinion, the worst thing anyone can do when cultivating cannabis is to try growing at 24/0, which will cause major health problems for any plant. Besides, nothing living on planet Earth can function normally without a period of sleep every day, including cannabis. Good luck and happy growing! Hope this helps,............. Organoman.

@ORGANOMANšŸ‘šŸ‘Œ Thank you so much, I was wondering whether the difference between the atmosphere between day and night and the photosynthesis of plants in nature (the difference between day and night) might have an effect on this situation.

I have my lights on at 6pm, and off at 2pm the following day. But during summer to battle with heat I may switch to on at 7pm and off at 1pm or even off at 12pm. Depends on what time of year. Basically the hottest part of the day I make sure my lights are off to keep temps lower.
