Time lapse under HID lighting

How do people do time lapse with hid lighting? Do I need to set timers to turn off hid, turn on fluorescent and then take the picture? Is there a filter I could buy that eliminates the horizontal scanning lines?

Booster light did not turn off during night time 6th week of flowering AUTOFLOWERS 20/4 I accidentally left 20w 600mn booster for 3h during dark period (I noticed as switched off) Will they hermy? To be honest my growbox has holes so it was never a total balckness.

Should I substitute sunlight with a grow lamp on cloudy days?It’s overcast here today and I’m wondering if I should turn my grow lights on to compensate for the lack of direct sunlight. If so, should I drop the intensity to compensate for the additional natural light? Can you overdo the amount of light (not heat) a plant gets?

Light distance and power with a 205W Sanlight LED Sanlight told me I should use it dimmed at 80% and 45cm when in flowering. I was aiming to reach lower buds so I put it at 100% and 50cm from the upper buds. The tips of the leaves are slightly burned but no bud bleaching yet like my last run (at 100% 45cm). What's best ? Thx !
