hey Steevo, it's probably overkill to be honest, you're alright with 600W , anything much more than that is a bonus, but i would get a dimmer for it just in case. hope this helps ! ๐

If its HID light, may be a bit overkill. If its LED it depends on what it draws from wall wattage.

Light intensityMy plants have been looking sad for a couple weeks. Tried everything then the other night I turned my light down to 40% giving a DLI of 28 they perked right up with 24 hours. I have now put it up to 60% giving a DLI off 39 will this be ok or should I keep it low. Week 2 flower.

My grow tent is sitting in my basement, which normally sits at 10C in the winter, so I set the heat in the room to 18C and the LED and 2 fans heat it to 20.4C in the tent.
Anyone have a similar setup but using their grow lights as a heat source? Heating a basement is expensive.
