hey Steevo, it's probably overkill to be honest, you're alright with 600W , anything much more than that is a bonus, but i would get a dimmer for it just in case. hope this helps ! 🚀

If its HID light, may be a bit overkill. If its LED it depends on what it draws from wall wattage.

Wrong light schedule Screwed up light timing. Thought I was on an 18/6 schedule in my tent but apparently it was 12/12 from weeks 3-7. It’s close to needing to be switched over to flowering size wise. I switched over properly to 18/6 two days ago and plan to keep it there for an extra week. Yes?

Mars hydro 600 lights not going fully out Hi everyone I'm having issues with my LED mars hydro 600w when the timer is going to 'off' the lights are still very dim, with the plant being a photo period I'm worried the dimmed lights won't let the plant sleep and shock it or keep it in veg. LED's wont shut completely off Lights seem to go on a "standby mode" instead of being all the way shut when timers switch them off. Should I buy some other timers? These were brand new, cheap ones though and both the same. Lights are HLG 600 RSPEC and both did this.
