3 days since switching to 12-12,can I defoliate or lollipop,should I wait for the plant to transition or what?

Best to form your Girl before sending her to flower, but now, when you did it, wait for bud sites to form and only after touch girl without touching ;)))
Any defoliation or lolitoping should be made on days 15-21 of flower, then you have least stress to plant.

I don't recommend doing defoliation right now! It's better to wait for the first white hairs to appear at the growth points and in the leaf axils!
Defoliation should ideally be done during "stable" periods of the plant's development, which is during adult vegetative growth or flowering. When transitioning from vegetative to flowering, it's better to avoid causing extra stress to the plant! Otherwise, it might prolong the pre-flowering stage by another 5-7 days. 👆

So, check the trichomes from this bottom bud... the ones up there are more advanced.. how many days till harvest, what do you think? a sample from two weeks ago already got me stoned... it was a lower bud too =)

This is my first grow, I am on day 27 of flower and don’t want to over-defoliate. Do I continue to remove larger leaves as they come through the net or stop removing foliage entirely? PT is short, and wide should I remove lower bud sites? Used some lowers as clones but lots left.7y ago

How to lollipop?Started lollipopping this week but did not remove all leaves up to the trellis because I was worried amount plant stretch and shock. Should I keep the leaves at the current level (about 2-3” below trellis), or cut it all off? Should I wait until flower or do it in veg if so?
