The lip at top of the cup looks to be a few inches high, this acts as a little buffer zone creating a high rh level, microorganisms are feeding on organic matter within your soil and are starting to break it down, the increased rh at the surface is just showing you above ground what's happening underground. You can blow a light breeze or remove the lip of the container.

it's probably fine, but is a sign of not waiting long enough between irrigations. That can only happen if the top remains wet for long periods of time. 1) awlays saturate fully - if this simple act ever causes a problem, it is the fault of a poorly constituted substrate and nothing else. 2) wait for appropriate dry back and repeat. if the top of the soil is still wet, you are not waiting long enough.

Its a good thing. A few growers have asked questions about this specifically while using these nutrients or others that are similar. Its mycelium web and its how your plants are going to feed by breaking down the organic matter. Its a good thing!

Your soil is just a little wet just let it get really dry b4 watering next time Also maybe watering from the bottom of the plant next time like set the pot in like 2in of water for a min or so and let it suck up some water and let the top soil dry out even more Also you can get a fork or something like that and dig up the 1st inch or 2 of the soil and break it up so it has more air in the soil and will dry out faster Also you can mix hydrogen peroxide 1part and water 5parts and water the plants 1 time that will kill off the mold and any larva if you have any Also could get a fan to circulate the air better in the tent and have it blowing on the soil
