Generally, it’s usually done from the fourth or fifth node, it also depends if it’s indoor or outdoor and if it’s autoflowering or photoperiod. I’ve done it with my autoflowering plants since they were really small since there’s hardly any growth cycle, and I shape them from when they’re babies, but I’m experimenting. Good luck!

I would just ponytail and/or leaf tuck. Otherwise wait for two more sets of leaves and lst then. Good luck ;-)
