Hey Growmie,
I wouldn't cut them quite yet since you started LST this should have opened up the plant to give the lower part of the plant more light, now you just have to be patient and let it catch up with the bigger leaves.

Popcorn/ mini branches keep/remove?Buds are tiny not fattening at week 6. I also have lots of popcorn nugs. Being first growth not sure to remove them or keep them at this late in flowering (week 6), might stress the girls out or might even help fattening buds?
