Other mutations, i think the one you're talking about is the foxtailing that the blueberry is very prone to do. Nothing you can really do, if it's in the genes it's in the genes... but i saw some people on here with mutations iduring flower lasted like 4 months then it blew up, and... looks killer man, so depends on the choice you make, but at this stage , from your pictures i don't see mutation. Maybe a bit of heat stress or root issues from high PH, you can get away with dimming your lights for a week / 10 days, or add some zym, maybe a rhiz foliar spray these could help for the roots.
