I'm aiming for 10-20% amber trichomes. The plant is a strawberry mist from old school genetics on the last day of 8th week of flower.

Those still have awhile left, tons of fattening up to do! Those white hairs sticking straight up (pistils) will be almost completely amber when you get closer, start checking the trichomes when your pistils are around 80% amber. You will need a microscope or jewelers loupe to see the trichomes properly. Make sure to look at the trichomes on the calyx and not the leaves, trichomes on leaves mature faster.

At least another 2 weeks, maybe more. Once there are 98-99% brown pistils/hairs, you will be entering the harvest zone.

Looks like she still has fattening to do which you can see by pistils sticking out. Typically the pistils darken and recede when the calyxes plump up
