@smjhoek That plant will die unless you add holes into the bottom of the cup to prevent over-watering aka drowning! (or do this for your next grow since i'm 4 weeks late lol ) If you are looking for cheap nutrients that work fantastically look no further than General Hydroponics Flora series. Hello @Smjhoek ! If its really 4 weeks old then i am sorry but it really doesn't worth to keep it....The basics you need is a pot at around 10-20 liters a good soil and a fertilizer . You can check out the try-pack by biobizz. Its cheap and are really great products. Happy growing ! 👊

If you are out door make sure she is getting all the sun she can, its winter time in the northern hemisphere now so the plant will think its flower time, it's a little late to start a crop outside, it is like like growing 12/12 from seed so the growth potential has been decreased because it's not getting enough light spose to simmer. well well. Automatics got special needs. they love to have space. those one wont be a big one anymore, iam sorry to say that you have missed to transplant he after germination into her final pot. Or into a airpot where you can transplant very nicely. If the roots of an automatic plant hit the ground they stop growing and in worst case start flowering. For your next seed . put her after germination in your final pot filled with fluffy prefertilised soil and she will be a big one

Basically the plant with get spurts on its own , but if you wanna help facilitate that you are going to want too look into getting a rooting agent such as Advanced nutrients voodoo juice ( similar products work just the same ) and a chelation agent like advanced nutrients B52 this will give your plants the humic and fulvic acid it needs to repair cell walls faster and stronger leading into quicker and stronger growths . There are lots of products that will do the same as the ones I just named , I advise you do your research and choose the ones that best suit your needs . The temperatures that you post are fine, both day and night. What she is lacking is a good soil. Get a good soil mix and transplant your little plant on to it. Been an auto I would use at least 11 liters, 15 would be best for outdoors. It does look like you just filled a cup with dirt from your backyard. Equal parts worm castings, perlite and peat moss is a great soil mix.
