By the looks of it on your Diaries she seems to be at least two weeks in the future for Harvest if not more the reason for it is different from plant to plant but basically if they grow very big and healthy they might take a little bit more than a planet that is small also any stress that you put into them takes away energy and time they will put on creating flowers in order to go into survival mode there is also other factors like soil temperature or pH lots of factors that could cause your plant not to flower on a specific schedule but she seems to be healthy and you do very well at look at the flower for time to harvest and not go by a calendar date.
