Small beetle looking bugs on my outdoor plants. Any idea what they are and how to deal with them? There’s not many.

If you don't mind pesticide, Azamax or Azapro work really good for pest control. If you don't want pesticide. Then use Armor Si as a foliar feed. I use it and have had no pest problems since. 1/4 recommended dose and spray extra lightly. It will burn your leaves if it sits to long and you spray to much. Just my opinion

From your pics it could be a shield bug or stink bug they're very similar insects one is green the other is brown, I've never had a problem with them outdoors but stink bugs do suck sap , I'd be tempted to simply pick them off the plants, any insecticide available will probably kill them but be careful with it as its not developed with weed in mind, which is why I'd pick them off

I should also say half my plants are in flower and the outdoors go in with them every night. So I need something that will work near end of flower
