New purple spots on leaves from overnight?

Please help ID these dark spots on my photoperiod sour diesel 3 weeks into flower. Just on top leaves.
I’ve had lots of issues including mites/thrips, cal/mag and nute burn - this one is new. (Last 2 pics best)
She also doesn’t smell very much - this is my first grow

Looks to be a calcium deficiency,
Calcium is an important nutrient which helps provide structure to the cannabis plant and helps it withstand stress like from heat. When your plant has a calcium deficiency, the main symptom that you’ll be able to notice is brown or bronze splotches or spots on your leaves.
Check your ph levels and EC to make sure that you are not locking out your calmag

Two problems in a week. I diagnosed the first one based on similar grow questions (: maybe not right )First three photos appeared a week ago, I decided that it is calcium and took a more reliable Ph meter, maybe not right, but no new spots appeared.
