What can i do now to keep my plants down?

So they grow about 9 cm over night 😲 I'm starting to worry,
that they will get out of control with stretching (Landrace strain).
What can i do now to keep them down. Can I top them now in flowering stage?
Continue with LST? More light?

If they are stretching like mad and you having issues with them I would suggest trying something called supper cropping if LST is not working.
It is a HST technique that will help even out the canopy and prevent them from getting to tall. Best used in conjunction with SCROG.
in short its pinching a branch to bend 90 degrees to be horizontal vs vertical.
Also 9cm is impressive, if bamboo can grow 3feet in a day I don't see why cannabis can't do 3 inches, its also one of the most versatile plants farmed.

@gottagrowsometime thanks mate for taking the time to help me, i really appreciate it.
I just checked it for the 5th time lol... its about right 8 cm for sure.
Day 1 in flowering light distance 45cm and next morning about 35cm light distance.
Maybe I just inveted the space elevator lol xD jokes aside...,
my nutes kinda strong you are right, even i cut already the company recommandation to half.

That and you've only switched over to 12/12 takes a few days before she'll come out of that 18/6 Light cycle. Increasing the light will also help promote flowering.

9 cm over night. Mate there impossible are u sure that's right? What are u feeding them must be a serious growth nute cut it out and keep lights closer but stay in the 30cm window so they don't stretch and if that's the real height there growing so 6-7 Is when autos usually have a stretch before they start flowering, same with fems I'd say but can't say that for sure as I've only grown autos.

YOU can start training the part of the node that still bends to the side. The it down using a lower node to keep it growing the way you want, that's 1 way. Another is supercropping, it's just a fourm of HST but you use like a cross to hold up your nodes. Hope this helps. That and cut back on grow nutes and focus on bloom.

Can moving tent upstairs shock plants 14 wks.Can plants go into shock if I move my tent upstairs in air conditioning, currently in basement room. I had to get 12" extension and after removing drop ceiling I still will need to cut 1.5" off the extension bars or move entire tent upstairs.

When to harvest?I’m not sure when to harvest? The buds don’t seems to be getting any bigger. It’s my first grow. I’m starting to get yellowing leaves at the bottom of my plants, the buds are getting frost, but under a microscope the trichomes are all clear there’s no trace of orange.

How do I slow this grow? At day 25 she is way too tall and will outgrow closet soonThis is growing WAY too fast! It's on a 12/12 due to the fake auto next to it. Day 25 and it's 22" already.
