Hello everyone,
I wanted to know if I can cut the apex of my plants? They are about ten centimeters tall with 6 levels.
How do the plants react after cutting the apex?

If the appex is the top then the plants use all their energy in the side branches that come out on top of the fan leaves.

New nodes after topping very small, should I top more?I topped my plants a few days ago, but just the tips when the side nodes where just as little as a few mm. I've seen a lot of you topping like a whole bunch of the top. I mainlined my plants but I dont know if I should top them again so the nodes under the top become main nodes.

Light distance and when to top?I'm using a 300W LED. What distance should I keep the lights at now that I've transplanted and the plants are doing well? I'm thinking 24" and then move up as they grow until flipping. Also, when should I top? I've read that waiting for 6-8 nodes is the right way to go.

Too late to top these autos? I'm at the end of 3rd week.Should I have topped this one a couple days ago? These girls have been very vigorous. The only thing that gave me pause was these miniscule white pistils right here. Can I snip em, you think? Or bad idea? And if yes, should I FIM instead?

Is it bad to top an autoflower at this stage?I accidentally broke off the top of the plant while attempting to low stress train and now it came like this, kinda like topping.. is it bad to stress the plant this much since it's an auto on week 5? Honestly I think it's a mutant as it has lots of growth but stayed quite small.
