I think this is physical damage.. tho a little more extensive than I’ve seen but wind causing leaves to constantly make contact with each other happens and causes similar look to it.

Da sie outdoor steht - könnten eventuell Bisse oder Stiche von Insekten im frühen Stadium des Blattes dafür verantwortlich sein. Ich rate hier aber einfach nur. Da sie ansonsten sehr gesund aussieht, glaube ich tatsächlich an Einwirkung von außen.
