Strains with shorter flowering stages are around eight weeks, more strains are in the ten to twelve-week range, so you have a good ways to go. When the time nears, you will want to examine the trichomes with a jeweler loupe (cheap online). When trichomes have turned from glassy to milky, they're at peak potency. Some growers like to see a least some of them to turn amber, which gives you a more relaxing effect than the milky, which is more cerebral. I don't care to get sleepy from the amber, so I like to harvest at peak milky. Your flowers look like they could get a lot larger if you're providing a good environment. They will swell in size in the last couple of weeks.
