Man you are like doing nothing, you just bended down the leaves. Instead for lst you have to pulls down branches to expose them to the light. Give the plant some days to grow and then start to bend it or top it ( cut the top of the plant to moltiplicate the apical stems) pay attention to height, you box seem to be very low and the plant when start flowering increase her height a lot ✌️🏽 Keep on growing

What lst? 😂Lst is bending down the bud sites where the flowers grow(under where you topped her are the flower /bud sites). Wait a few weeks and bend them over, check out my most recent diaries for some pics and advice. 👍🌱

Did I FIM and train correctly enough?hoping my plant looks like she's supposed to. She is an autoflower, and I did a lot of stressful training. FIM, LST, and defoliation. I wont be training her from here on, I don't want to add more stress. last grow with same seed started showing bananas 2 weeks before harvest.
