Can I use a 100mm carbon filter on a 125mm exhaust?

So, the title is pretty straightfoward.
I was thinkin about getting some 127mm extraction tubes and make it really tight to fit the filter.

Yeah should not be a problem, you can just use a Pipe Fan Connection Reducer 100 mm / 125 mm between the exhaust and filter

Autos week 3 veg but only 4 nodes – could humidity swings be the cause?In a 60×60 cm grow box I’m using a single-membrane mist maker with an STC-3028 humidity controller. Even with the exhaust fan at the lowest speed, RH swings every 2–3 min (67%→63% in ~90s, then back in ~90s). Is this fluctuation OK? My plant has only 4 nodes in week 3 of veg.

Do I really need a exhaust fan ?If my 2x2 grow tent sits at 26c and 68% humidity without an exhaust fan do I actually need one ? The top of my tent, the vent is open and I’ve opened the observation window at bottom to allow air in. I’ve two fans, one at canopy level and one in top corner opposite the top vent ?

Is high humidity at night bad for cannabis?During day, I can maintain the grow room temperature to 75-77'F and humidity 55-65%. But at night, temperature raised up to 77-80'F and humidity up to 70-80% because I closed vents and air condition. Could this effect my plants in long term? Should I open vents at night also?Setup. Humidity problems in bloomI have a 16inch fan outside the intake hole to my tent blowing air in, I have 2 clip on fans one each side of the tent and a carbon filter. There’s a dehumidifier 300ml per day in the middle of my tent. This is a 4x4 tent. Any tips on placement to lower rh? It goes high as 80%.TYSetup. Ventilation
