Auto Tent Help

I’m looking to get a tent for my current single auto grow. I have 24inx24in worth of space and would like something maybe 55in tall or more. My space is clean and climate controlled already. Can I get by with a desk fan for nighttime ventilation without a duct system?

If I leave a porthole open during the dark hours with a fan in another porthole, will this be enough airflow?

When you get the tent get for length by width you can cut your bars to make it custom height

Thank you. I’ll have the option of leaving the tent open during the day. I don’t expect a lot of heat from my light, but I’m assuming as the plant increases in mass compared to the volume of the tent that it will create it’s own micro climate especially at night when zipped up. Should I be deeply concerned with light leaks if the ports are open or have a fan in them during dark hours? Is this less of an issue with auto?

That's a very small space but I have a similar setup 1m by 1m by 2m so hopefully I can be helpful. First of all the ventilation created by the fan also helps with strengthening the plant's stem so it's a must have. Warning: don't put it too close to your ladies as it will damage them. A breeze that shows a sway (even just a little when they are seedlings) is enough and make sure its on oscillating setting. Towards the second part of your question, some extraction with a duct system is recommended so that you can keep the air cleaner, constantly taking in air from outside and moving it around with the fan is important. Setup your extractor at the top to remove the hotter and more humid air in the space. An intake duct is good so that you can direct your flow but personally I don't think its as necessary. Good luck on your grow
