Why are my leaves burnt on the side?

I have started spotting some yellow bits on the sides of my plant. Can anyone tell me what it is or what I can do to reduce it?

Pale/yellowing leaves, rust spots, tip burnt, stiff plant and leaves Does anyone know what the deal is with my leaves? burnt tips and weird browning on the tips as well as stiff leaves and stems. Light, nute, wind or heat burn?Im getting some browning on the serrated edges of the leaves, moreso on the upper fan leaves, but not on the sugar leaves, with some cupping of the upper leaves and the ones directly under the light are getting a lighter color overall.
