Please identify this bug...is it a beneficial or a bad one? For sure is a dead one but good to know for next time....
If it helps it was also seen flying also but for short distance..

Thanks Chucky for your reply but not a fly and not a bee for sure....it had legs like 6 if i remember correctly just like the anatomy of a ladybug....strange....

Hello. My best guess is a fly or a solitary bee. If it's a fly, it' probably looking for a place to lay eggs or keep warm if it's cold. Check your medium to see if there are any little wormy looking things there. If it's a bee it might be a male and just trying to live longer. Good Luck. Chuck.

First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. translucent pest in soilHi, last watering I've seen tiny translucent insects (about 1 mm) emerging from the soil. They are fast and can jump like a flea. I assume they live in soil. What are these little monsters, should I worry about them and what should I do ? TIA

Fungus gnats damage?A week ago i started noticing fungus gnats on the plant, already working on them. Today i noticed a lot more dark pistils over the plant since yesterday, could it be correlated to the gnats? also noticed that smaller leaves don't grow since a week or so, is it also correlated?

Pest identificationHello growers, could anyone please identify this pest that we've found underneath a pot? They are wriggling and jumping around in a wet patch under the pot, the plants had a drink yesterday. Just poured some water in the tray and they're jumping about. Hope someone can help. Tnks
