aphids how do i get rid of them while in the flowering stage? I have neem oil but was told not to use during flowering. I cannot seem to find Fox Farm Don't bug me anywhere. Please advise

Hole in stem I found a hole in the stem. I’m not sure if it was a burrow worm or from a tie down I had there. I injected it with a liquid that kills them. (Rosemary extract because everywhere is out of BT local to me). I also sprayed it on the leaves and in the soil. Looks better now?
