aphids how do i get rid of them while in the flowering stage? I have neem oil but was told not to use during flowering. I cannot seem to find Fox Farm Don't bug me anywhere. Please advise

First Grow 4 weeks into Veg - Let my humidity get too high for 1 night. Bugs and small white eggs on my plantI just harvested my plant but unfortunately I found under the page of fan leaves some bugs and small eggs.
My questions are:
-I harvested and I washed my buds three times I guees that they are died, could be a problem during drying?

What could be eating my leaves?My outdoor Gorilla Glue Auto is getting eaten by something. Any thoughts on what this could be? I have not seen any pests while doing checks and it is only this plant (I have two more outdoors in same are with this one). Part of leaf and even entire fingers have been eaten.
