Pistils turning Amber very early

Flip commenced 22 days ago, pistils turning orangey on some bud sites, plant lush and healthy but some of the lower bud sites look abit... Meh. Sorry for lack of photos will get them when I can. Is this anything to worry about?

No worries. Pistils can do their thing. Trichome color is the important color regarding ripeness. Some strains' pistils turn orange or brown quite early in the flowering period.

After this grow, I separated a few of the smaller nugs(3.5g)& stuck them n freezer. Been 3 bout 4 months, wonder if I can use them for anything? Im out of bud to smoke so mayb I can dry& smoke it... or can/should I press it? if I dry&smoke, will it take longer or shorter dry?

How to tell when buds are dry and it's time to start curing?When drying how do you tell when it's time to start curing, ik from what I've read says the stem needs to snap, the outside of some of the buds feel dry but the stem isn't snapping it bends like it is almost going to snap. Is it safe to start curing? Been drying for 4-5 day's.
