In soil i'd make sure to stick to the wet/dry cycle. Go by weight for irrigation timing - before they wilt of course. Make sure to get 20+% runoff. Don't think you have to water 2x a day.. Once it starts drinking entire pot's worth of hydration in 24hours, may want to stick to fertilization each time. The runoff will prevent buildup either way. As long as you let it mostly dry out between irrigations, fully saturating with runoff is all you need to do to keep the pot consistently fertile. lately, i've had to give a little top-off at night the last week or so. 2-3 shot glasses worth of runoff and back in the box. Without assuming anything, please don't select this for an answer. There is a fun contest related to these questions and i am not eligible this month for it. just felt like sharing my 2 cents about recent/ongoing experience.

Bro use Advanced Nutrients for one I don’t care what any of the haters are gonna say it’s the best for a reason and way low in salts and other harmful shit but where I’m going with this is even if you just use their voodoo juice, piranha, and sensizym, which is all you need this early in life then you will be solid. The voodoo is microbes and the piranha is a liquid Mycorrhiza fungi and the sensizym is a enzyme that will keep your roots clean and safe from issues that come with solo cup grows like root bind and all that shit. It breaks down the dead roots Along with the voodoo and makes them into food for your plant which then uptakes efficiently via piranha which is your fungi. Dead serious bro you will thank me when you make that thing actually produce dank out of a tiny ass 16oz cup bro. Just saying, I don’t work for AN but I use it and I see the results when I bring a completely dead plant back from the grave and turn it into a monster producer after only 1 month of recovery time in veg.

Look for the Girls Daily// multiple Times daily Give them early deluted feeds, and enough water And show them LOOOOVE Look at silkySmooths Diaries, or wilde weed... they are doing DWC with the solocups Or silky setup adripping system.. just look into the competition diaries,,, and you will read alot of informations,,, and its amazing what can grow in such atiny growpot
