Whats the vibe manIm not sure if any of this helps but its fun to think it does. Clones: trim the leaves horizontal or no?When you cut a potential clone from the mother. I usually try to have at least 3 nodes, but when the nodes are alternating (why do they alternate sometimes?) VS two leaves stemming on each side of the main stem in a symmetrical style?
I also cut the bottom in a diagonal way why?

Darkness before flipping crop?I'm getting ready to flip my crop to flower. What's the significance of giving the crop 25 - 36 hours of darkness before flipping? In the past, I would just flip the lights to 12 and 12 and introduce the flowering fertilizer slowly while reducing the foliage solution.Week 7

How difficult is it to make clone from tetraploid or hexaploid.Would polyploid weed cutting take root and clone as usual?
I treated my Golods plant with colchicine. They maybe triploid already. So, I think I have s plant that is either tetraploid or hexaploid. Would these clone at all? Do I need to take extra cuttings?

Pre-Harvest Darkness... Yay or Nay??My understanding is the 24+hrs of darkness will reduce chlorophyll levels but is it worth it? And how? It's a single indoor potted plant.
