Does the humidity water have to be a certain PH any help is appreciated?

No it doesnt. When water evaporates it naturally goes towards PH 7. Regardless of what you did it would be PH 7 coming out of the humidifier. (Or very very very close)

Week 4 and nowhere near flowering stage lPlant has grown since transplant ! 2nd Run Off Photoperoid Indoor → Outdoor TransitionThinking of planting this outside after harvest...
1) chop just the cola branches, leave all lower nodes/branches
2) reveg the plant to regrow leaves/branches from lower nodes
2.5) transplant outside once ready
3) harvest the plant a 2nd time.
