With those temperatures outside and inside its hard to work with.
Because I would say if you don't have AC bring in cold air from outside to take it down a bit but that's not an option.
I have my lights on at night for that reason, where I live days can get up to 42C, so bad case scenario I bring some cool night air in.
What I recommend is increasing ventilation, air flow, so you at least don't have any stagnant air, that will help a lot.
Make sure you have fresh air coming in and your extraction is working good.
Maybe raise the lights a bit so they don't get too stressed.
And get that AC fixed ASAP.
Those temps can really damage a crop that's been used to low temperatures.
