How far until harvest?

still have weeks left for sure, probably start a two week flush next week, but there's no way to eyeball this stuff, that's the truth ! 🚀

Well the pistils haven't curled in yet but the trichomes are half cloudy and around 5 percent are amber in the heads. Should I start flushing?

Hey! I'd say you have anywhere between 4-6 weeks left to go.. Harvest window opens when you start getting amber pistils(hairs). The best way to check when to harvest is looking at the trichomes on buds. Clear trichomes haven't reached their full potency, cloudy ones are full of THC and amber are losing THC while gaining CBN. So depending on your preference whether you want more of a head high or body high. I normally start to look at trichomes when there are about 50/50% white and amber pistils. I harvest when after examining and finding 70% cloudy trichomes and 30% amber trichomes. For me that's a prefect combination, depending on the strain as well. With some strains I go with lower amount of amber trichomes but always attest 10%. As for what they look like, clear trichomes look like glass, cloudy like plastic and amber like resin. To look at the trichomes you need at least a 60X jewelers loupe, you can find it for 5-7€ anywhere.. Good luck and happy Growing!

Not a pro yet, but id say she looks fairly close to 2 weeks flushing. You can get a cheap handle held microscope off amazon to check the trichomes for precise timing.
