PH Levels - Watering vs Runoff

After my first transplant, I saturated the grow medium and did a PH test on the runoff. I'm watering with un-PH'd aerated tap water which is naturally at 6.5. The runoff water is coming in at 5.5. Should I alter the PH I'm watering with so the runoff meets my PH target?

No I wouldn't bother at this stage Tbh. Just keep feeding at the correct PH and the soil will eventually level.out around the same . If you ever find your pH run off massively out later on in veg or flower . Just feed extra volume of water/nutes until you have the correct run off PH .
There's no point oversaturating the soil at this stage as seedlings really don't need much water .

I used Co2 for a few weeks (1000ppm), the grower says ~60-70 days of flowering, so I would be missing 10-20 days, but they look quite ripe ?

Help: potential over fertilisation or over waterningI used Biobizz bio grow, 2ml/L and sprayed them more than usual. The tip of the leaves is getting yellow. 2 plants have the leaves pointing down and seem more textured and tick. The other 2 (the biggest) seem better, but the yellowing of the leaves is more evident.

I added mycorrhiza to the coco coir from a local store. It turned out that there is slow release fertilizers in it. Was not indicated on the packaging.Please Help!
First time after watering with 5.7pH 400ppm drainage water was 6.7pH and 800ppm. I flushed her to 400ppm.
Yesterday was the second watering (450ppm, 5.7pH) and drain was 700ppm 6.7pH. I flushed her to 460ppm (1.5l of water), but pH still 6.6
How to fix it?
