have you inspected under normal lighting? The color of those spots will help deduce the problem.
first, check pH of soil if you can. If unsure of pH of what you feed, check that too... eliminate environmental cuases before adjusting any nutes and such.
watering habits -- do you wait for top 1" to dry before irrigating or fertilizing? some of th ewird spots look like it could be substrate related, but under those lights its difficult to know for sure. if you are religious about this wet-dry cycle, cross this off the list. This one habit can avoid nearly all problems with lockout and substrate related issues... even reduce pest potential.
Now, i'd be willing to move along to possible nute-related causes. It's starting at bottom, so that means it is mobile. this can eliminate possiblities.

P, K, Ca, Mg could all be invovled... recent behaviour will need to be considered. Too much of any one can cause symtpoms of others... this is why it is a very difficult thing to diagnose. if you've been blasting with a pk or flower booster, i'd lean lockout, for example....
so, consider what you did recenrtly... refer to labels of the products you use... calculate PPM of what you give... this will help deduce what the problem is and can make a decision that doesn't amount to a complete guess..
