Hello Puppylove, like our fellow growers said already you can bend them down. But be CAREFULL!!! after the preflowering streching period the branches become hard and woodlike. That means that they bend less easy and break a lot faster!

LST is maybe the simplest way without stressing the plant to much

2 weeks into flower i'd only do some hst or lst... break the tall ones down. depending on timing you may want it slightly lower than canopy and it'll rebound a bit. later on i'd just get it to canopy level if not much growth remaining. i had to snap 10-12 colas last run. lil fuckers just kept stretching despite light-bleaching a couple colas trying to avoid it. i'd wait until it is a burgeoning problem because it is high stress. maybe you'll get lucky and the vege growth ends fast enough.

You can LST as late as you want in bloom. There’s no hard and fast rules on that- if it bends and doesn’t break it’s fine. if they stretch real bad you can bend it right over at a 90 as a last resort PS nice choice on BOG for a first grow

yes absolutely, but only up to wk2 bloom, try not to disturb your plants after that as they realy should have slowed down by end of wk3 they should be putting all energy into flowering and the stretch should have stopped
