I've used them with better success then peat, but they still take some time to decompose and I found more issues with roots getting trapped in them.
Coir also takes its sweet time to decompose.
For transplanting little seedlings nothing beats a good old black plastic cell packs. but this is a nice bio friendly option.

Cola growing again after to much light while flowering?In the last 2 weeks of flowering this plant seems to have started to grow at the top of the cola again. Lefft the lights on 5 hours too long 1 night. Also needed to do some maintenance etc in the same week. Maybe to much light (DLI) and starterd growing again for short while?

Do I harvest?Hi, I'm looking for advices about how to harvest. In the pictures you can see the trichomes of this plant, she is in her 11th week. I think that the trichomes still are transparents. Is first harvest using a microscope, and is just my 3rd harvest.
