Purple stem in young plants

I germinated this Auto Purple and it has been 2 days since it developed and the stem is starting to turn purple. I am worried because I helped her to expel the seed husk and it ended up falling. Did I destroy the root? What you guys think about it?

Phosphorus? Potassium? CalMag? What is going on here?So in week 8 after flushing with EC 0.4 and giving extra PK 13/14 afterwards (EC 1.9) there are still problems occurring. I personally think it’s a deficiency of potassium and phosphorus. Can anybody give me some advice or tell me how to fix it? Thanks!

Purple StemsHi, Phenos like Sideral do not normally tend to color at the end of flowering (unlike Wedding Cake). However, the stems are already quite purple! I know low temperatures cause stress causing staining, but that much ? UV's and IR's of led light? An excess of something? Thx a Lot �

GHE Flora Series, 1ml/L of each bottle (Micro, Grow, Bloom) and 1ml/L of Cal-Mag. EC 1.3~1.4, pH 5.7~5.9, watering until 10~20% runoff.

Nutrient burn, Light burn, or Phos Def? red stems purple bruises,Noticed red lines leaking red into the leaves with purple bruising, and the starter bottom leaves seem to be turning yellow, with the leaves above looking dark green with spots. This started within the last 1-3 days.
The stem "splitting" on the skin was present since it was sagging and bounced back fine.
Worried this is mold/infection from soil. Packed more soil onto the top (!)

Purp stalks, weak leaves.Hey guys i noticed that my stalks were all turning purple and my leaves are curling. Is this a nute lock out ? Or is it light burn ?
