Purple stem in young plants

I germinated this Auto Purple and it has been 2 days since it developed and the stem is starting to turn purple. I am worried because I helped her to expel the seed husk and it ended up falling. Did I destroy the root? What you guys think about it?

Purple stem ?In picture 8 of week 2 veg of my diary the one stem has purple on it I have not over watered or under watered , the temperature is optimal as well as humidity , I am waiting on my pH tester so I'm not sure on that , my questions what all causes the stems to turn purple ?

Deficiency or toxicityStems are really purple, leaf stalks and veins also purple. Something is up. Some leaves starting to show burn spots but not many. She's a bit down because she needs a feeding. Is this magnesium deficiency? Should I be upping my nutes at this point this late in veg end of W9?

I think I have nut issues?OK here's today's update, 3/9/22. They are all doing great, they're all standing proud now! I think they needed to dry out a little, more light and needed the extra nuts. What do any of you guys think could've caused these symptoms that my girls are/have shown?

Looks Like Iron Problem. (Newer Leafs most affected)
Did Flush like a two Weeks prior cause of to much Nitrogen.
Any Suggestions?

Leaves continue to get yellow and fall off. Plant dying, bud looks okay.Still having issues with my plant. Leaves are getting more and more yellow and 2 have fallen off. Pretty far from harvest still for the leaves to be getting this yellow. Temps in tent are 18-22 c with leds 200w act wattage. Overwatered once but I doubt it would cause this. Ideas?6y ago

leaves curling downHey all,
first time grower here.
My plants have hanging / curling down leaves.
The soil is dry on the top but still wet a few cm deep.
The light is 35 cm above the plants and 60 watts.
Light cycle is 18 / 6.
No nutrients added
