Purple stem in young plants

I germinated this Auto Purple and it has been 2 days since it developed and the stem is starting to turn purple. I am worried because I helped her to expel the seed husk and it ended up falling. Did I destroy the root? What you guys think about it?

Qué podría ser? Bloqueo de nutrientes, sobre fertilización? Cómo solucionarlo?Hoy lavé raíces pensando que tuvieran un bloqueo de nutrientes. Hängende Blätter, Gelbe Spitzen, lila Stil Hängende Blätter obwohl ich sie erst gegossen habe. Weiß jemand woran es liegen könnte.
